LUCY LETBY, WAS FIRSTLY REMOVED FROM NEONATAL WARD AFTER STAFF GREW SUSPICIOUS OF HER ACTIVITIES IN 2016

The statement stated “She deceived her colleagues. In her hands, substances like air, milk, fluid or medication like insulin would become lethal and she weaponize them to inflict harm and death

She also made an attempt to murder six others infants between the period 2015 and 2016. Prosecutors said Letby also attacked 17 other babies who had been in the ward.

Prosecutors also told Jurors, that investigators found post-it notes at Lucy Letby home, where she wrote and admitted of her killings and stated, “she is evil”

Lucy Letby has also admitted of killing babies by injecting Insulin, inecting air into blood stream or stomach or feeding them excess milk. She only attacked kids when parents are not by their side.

Letby has also been found guilty of murdering a baby after 3 failed murder attempts. A jury has found her guilty of killing 7 babies and 7 attempt to murders.
